Do's and Don'ts in the way of the Yoga

Yoga is a movement of consciousness. Practicing postures is not purely physical activity. Therefore, they are called postures rather than movements. In the ancient writings of yoga law, there are few positions whose main aim is to reinforce the spinal column so that the practitioner can sit for a long time in peaceful meditation without movement when the back is stable and erect, allowing for a good flow of blood and oxygen to the brain and a good flow of Prana to the head, to the upper energy centers. In the ancient writings of yoga that are available to us, such as "haata Yoga perpiquet", "Granada semata" and "The Sihiko samata" – Show very few postures. Their description of the execution is minimalist and very lacking in the precise guidance we have known in modern methods since Krishria or later. Modern yoga shows a lot more postures and a lot more detailed guidelines for carrying out the postures. From the mid-century to this day, different streams of yoga were born and some of them concentrate on a fast and flowing movement, some of them in a slower movement, others combine posture with a posture, and there are those who encourage long and static positions. Those who abstruse into the practice from the beginning will be able to distinguish the difference between the movement which is mechanical and characterize various sports activities and the movement of yoga practice that is conscious and even if it is fast, it is still different from purely gymnastics from the fact that it is a pillow for observing the practitioner into itself. Therefore, even if we practice different styles according to our tendency, there is not one method or one stream in yoga that is more meditative than the other, and practice in rapid succession holds the possibility of observing such a slow and quiet practice. The meditative state situation in the practice is dependent on training and depends on many other factors. At the end of the day, the constant practitioner will find himself in situations that enable observing the body, breathing, and his own consciousness. The yoga situation enables the practitioner to be rooted in its essential nature, and this definition is already in the first three-third Sutra in fletgjell . Yoga poses are defined structures. There are even those who see an iconic symbol in the positions that represent ideals or lofty ideas. Some of the comforts are called the names of animals and imitate their shape. The postures are called asanas. Asana means "seat" in the Yoga Sutras that wrote Papanjali. It briefly defines what Asana and writes: Sthiram sukham asanam " which means" asana is easily held posture. "or" Asana is stable and comfortable "or" steady and pleasant. "The stability that the practitioner wants to achieve is physical, emotional, and mental. We know that some of the asanas are not easy at all. Then what is the ease? The lightness of the Mind. The Mind, the conscious, is present in Asana. To reach the situation in which we will gain the ease and quiet, the ease of the mind and the feeling of reconciliation and inner softness while practicing and making the positions we must first not apply our achievement and our competitiveness features on yoga. As far as the yoga approach is concerned, we want to get to the posture not in an effort to achieve something. Achievement and ambition evoke unrest in the mind. Our practice is aimed at the end of the day to be done out of silence, curiosity and as said in Scripture (Sutra 1.20) out of trust, security, sharp memory, and ability to embed. Our people of the West are difficult to understand. We are accustomed to perception I am very strong. I do "I do", I get it. But there is another possibility and another approach that stems from a different worldview and other vision of the essence of Practice.

Later in the reading of the sutras we come across In the Sutra Puzzling something and it is the primary key to opening the yoga gates with the dedicated student who has taken the task to practice and explore the Esanas and himself through them.. Sutra 2.42 “Perfection in an asana is achieved when the effort to perform it becomes effortless and the infinite being within is reached.” Perfection in Asana is achieved when the effort to perform is becoming effortless. Or then the eternal essence of us.... How can we understand this directive? How can we reconcile the contradiction between execution and execution? And is everyone Of us Can achieve perfection in asana? How can we achieve this situation and how can we create it? What are the best conditions to get into a situation where practice takes place effortlessly? We must first know that in order to reach the positions without effort at first, it is necessary to adopt. At first we recruit all our tools to figure out how to work correctly. We learn the positions and we do everything we can to do accurately. We sweat and blow, we shiver and we almost fall, and we look at others and compare ourselves to them. These are all part of a natural and normal process for each practitioner. Over time the body is strengthened and stabilized, Mind Becoming more focused and the heart calmed down a little. Then, in this situation, the beginning must not rise to a quiet consciousness. Development towards the "non-effort" situation Occurs gradually and because it is a situation that cannot be coerced, it is necessary to have great humility on our side. Practicing without effort increases only when the conditions are ripe and we cannot bring this situation to us by force as it is impossible to "make relaxation". When we do nothing but work, there is an effort. How can we bring ourselves to the endeavour ' relaxation? The first stage is to know the posture by training and practice. The next step is to try to allow the posture to be proposed from our body and to enable it to be its own. And then while practicing to look at the movement of our consciousness in the most sense between doing the deeds. In practice, the process does not end when we reach the position. Here the internal process is just beginning. Something continues to occur within the position. What is this thing? At first, there is a look at the body, the various organs, and their location. This stage is important and requires perseverance and the length of spirit to produce stability in the body. And mind. In the next stage after we have achieved stability in the posture and in some kind of comfort, it can be a reflection of the breath. There may be repeated movement within us to the body and breathing, and even to Mind Our own. We can also watch and witness the emotions that arise, to the thoughts that are floating. These inner movements are natural and they occur all the time.. Then we understand that the situation of tranquility and stability will not be possible at the beginning of the way to create or while performing complex and demanding postures. Therefore, we must first choose simple positions, some of which are even supported in which there is no instability of the body and no big physical effort. You can start in poses like: Sopta Pedengostevasna Behdoge Preveza Ofshirota Kunvasna Hanging head Stance Úta Trikunvasna With the support of a cube near Pashchoytenneh With support for the head and more forward bends Sopta Faded Kunvasna And all rstortibity positions Doi Pade Viplucked Dandvasna And other supported positions where the conditions for peaceful observation can be created. In yoga-body poses, Mind And intelligence is together and unite to one tune. The position is like a musical composition. All the tools combine together, create something harmonious.. After we have achieved peace and stability and comfortable in postures we can return to the breathing again. To observe. To share it within the position. It is then possible to make the process aware of the exhalation to be very long. Of course, this process, as I have already mentioned, should begin and be required to perform in simple and not complex positions in terms of their physical effort. There are positions that are not possible to achieve the relaxation of the physical effort, and so often the significant mental effort. During the practice and observation of the long kisses, different states of consciousness will rise and the posture occurs. It's a completely different situation than "execute." The situation in which the posture emerges and rises. It occurs. We're not doing it. It is our path, through us and on our own. We stop being "doing". The position is possible. Can we free ourselves Of anticipation To the fruits of our deeds? Can we just be inside the pose and let her up?? In order for a posture to rise and reach its full beauty on the practitioner's body, the practitioner must go a long way. In the first stages, he must remove all the rigid areas of his body that were created over the years following emotional, thought and other patterns. The rigid places in the body are created for various reasons. Sometimes we protect ourselves from the world and from life and a little shrinks in, sometimes for other emotional, psychological reasons. Etc'. The patterns that have been poured in our body for years and years have to be perm slowly through the practice and guidance of a skilled teacher who will know how to see us and to guide our way through the wonderful and mysterious ways of yoga. A teacher who will adapt the practice to our needs and gradually teach us not to be afraid to widen our boundaries a little. Thus we will gradually learn to see and remove the objections and contractions inside the body, to learn to give our spine freedom and to know the unfamiliar places in our body map ourselves. Blessed is the way to all the yogis, in a deep welcome to the devoted students who have been so many years in my reach and became attentive teachers..
